No, the title's grammar is not wrong. That's the title of the music.Today JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: The anthology songs 1 was released. This is an album containing a few tracks made specifically for JJBA, all sung by the anime's first intro's singer, Tommy.
While the album itself is interesting, the track that best caught my attention was Fire of Soul, Muhammad Avdol's theme.

Not kidding, I immediately thought of making Avdol in Kisekae. My thoughts went somewhat like:
"Am I really gonna wast an afternoon doing this?"
"YES, I AM!"
Here he is, in his 2014 anime looks (at the beginning of the journey and when he made a comeback).
I am actually pretty proud of how this came out. Without the facepaint add-ons this would have been impossible.
I had no idea scarves appeared in front of ribbon add-ons, even if they were in the top laywer. So I had to be inventive with MORE ribbons!
Fixed both exports so the scarf also appears behind his neck.
If only his headband also appeared in front of his base hair...
