Here we have a day in Momiji's life!
7:00 - This is the time Momiji wakes up and gets up. She has a whole hour to get dressed, have breakfast, and head to school. Since she lives close to her school, she can do this in time
7:30 - Half an hour after she wakes up, Momiji is already dressed in her school uniform and having breakfast with her parents. Because she didn't eat anything during the night (due to the fact she's asleep), she is usually hungry and her second mouth manifests itself, fetching various foods from all around and gourging itself on them.
8:00 - Around this time, Momiji is arriving school to begin her classes. Depending on how long it took her second mouth to be fully sated, she might be late or arrive in time.
13:00 - At 1 PM, it's lunch time in school. Momiji heads to the cafeteria with her friends and eats her meal, while some of her colleagues note her unusual appetite.
14:00 - After an hour has passed, lunch time ends and the students go back to their classrooms. These classes end at 15:30, though, so the students can head home early in the afternoon.
16:30 - When her classes are done for the day, Momiji heads back home to change to her casual clothes and goes to town to meet with her friends. They have fun together, and usually they have tea together too. At around 19:00, when it starts to get late, they each go their seperate ways back home
20:30 - Dinner time at the Hamanas' house. Momiji feasts herself at home, happily talking to her parents about how each member of the family spent their day. Here, she has herself some Yakitori.
23:00 - This is when Momiji's day ends. At this time, she undresses and goes to bed, sleeping 8 full hours before beginning the next day.

As you can see, Momiji just tries to live a normal, happy life as a Japanese student, but her second mouth's appetite makes it hard for her.
