What is Bruticus talking about?
It's "The Big Space Adventure" (working title), a still-unpublished saga chronicling how Megatron led almost his whole army in a space-faring mission to expand the interplanetary Decepticon energy ring, thus forcing Optimus Prime and the Autobots to chase him (you may remember references to this energy ring from "A Sea Change", while "The God Gambit" was all about Decepticons taking controls of other civilizations and planets beyond ours).
During this story, only a few Cybertronians were left to guard Earth, and this allowed the Inhumanoids to run rampant... but this is another story!
