This was an exceptionally fun caption for me to write, since I treated it like I was a dungeon master leading you on your current adventure. It was frankly a blast. I hope it's good! I loved writing a story in this style, I might make others kind of like it, other "random encounters." This was an instant request...but I don't remember who won it. If you remember, please tell me and I'll note you here. Actually, it was sorry about that, I had 4 commissions and a bunch of other stuff going on and I forgot it was you who won.As always, this picture is not mine, and it was obtained through an image sharing site with this purpose in mind.

Am i the only person who'd take her with me? I mean, maybe im just being crazy here, but i thought that mermaids were profIcient with Water magic. Of course taking a mermaid around the land would be pretty hard.......

Ah, that style of writing that is usually found in CYOA stories. Or, well, like a dungeon master. In the end, it leads more or less to the same things. Anyways, I thought it was a nice touch and a welcome change of pace, actually. So, there'll be more like this then, huh? Well, guess I'll wait and find out then.

The gimmick is that going above the item collect line to collect stuff gives you a part of a bomb or life if you collect enough stuff.

I'd go with her myself, adventuring on land is fun but, there's 97% of the ocean that hasn't been explored yet. So, the decision is obvious.

I would probably follow her if I were in this story. It would be nerve-wracking to be sure, with many things running through my head, but I somehow get the feeling that I might regret not going later.
