Description
A TG that was almost oddly fun to write for me. It's a kind of sequel to this caption I made earlier. I hope this caption was as good as that one. I certainly had as much fun making it! If you ever find a good picture on Danbooru or something, and think it'd make a good caption, just go here for more details. Feel free to say what you did/didn't like about it below!As always, I do not own this picture nor claim to own it.

Tell me what you mean by peanut gallery and integration? I know the terms in real life and such, but do they have meaning as TF/TG lingo?

Peanut Gallery: Where another consciousness gains control while leaving the old one in the passenger seat! (That's pretty much the gist of it and could be up for further interpretation!)
Intergration: Best way to describe is 2 consciousness or souls combining together to form a new entity/consciousness! (There could be different variations to this and shared aspects of the former 2!)

I guess those both make sense, although what you call peanut gallery usually just fits under posession, and integration is usually referred to as fusion or something.

I'm not quite sure why a few people seem to think this situation is sweet or happy...
The boy doesn't seem to remember that he wasn't always like this, that he has been transformed into a young woman just recently. Did he retain his old mind or was it rewritten along with his body? Because if it is the latter, then he's dead.
Basically, Lady Rosalind hired the street urchin, killed him, then made a maid out of his remains.
Not exactly a happy ending. Actually, it is dark as hell.

I guess if you put it that way. Oh well, this is one of those general unspoken rules of the genre, that you don't think about it that way. I gutless it's better than a lot of the bimbo stuff out there though.

Finally got the time to read through it. And there it is, the second picture I've requested in the same setting like my favorite caption from you... I don't think it's necessary to say this, but that one certainly didn't disappoint me and did match my expectations for it, meaning I really like this one. I think I also have to agree to what mistylear stated - that it's used for something else rather than something R-rated.
Overall, this one does fit right into the setting that was already established in the 'prequel', I'd say, so nice work there.

Thanks! I'm really glad you liked it. I enjoyed using the setting again, and I also liked having a nice twist on literature from that time period, of poor boys finding lucky opportunities and becoming respectable and gaining jobs. Of course, Jack found a very different job than those protagonists...

Decided to read through this one again after almost half a year since it was finished. Some good times back then. Needless to say that I still like this one. I considered this one my favorite caption from you, and I'm glad that this wasn't just some opinion viewed through nostalgia glasses as I still like it as much as before. Certainly shows that it was some good work here. '^^

Based on my own experiences with things like that, it's probably a mixture of lacking both the time and the inspiration, right? Especially since you need both of it at the same time. Inspiration won't do you any good if you don't have the time to write your ideas down, and well, you get the idea. And the less time you have for it, the harder it gets to motivate yourself again. Knowing that feeling all to well, really.

Too bad, but then again there's always re-reading your old captions for the time being. The problematic thing about it is always that there isn't even an estimate on when the 'writers block' could end, I guess. Here's hoping your situation gets better soon.
Oh yeah, and if you're bored - right now I'm in the process of learning for a few exams, but they're almost over and I would have about a month after that to actually get some writing done. Heck, after months of telling I'd do something I actually got something done recently. So yeah, if you feel like reading a bit, then feel free to go through my stuff once I got something notable uploaded. Nothing too special right now, but who knows how things will look like in a few weeks. I know your stuff got me back into the mood for it last year, perhaps it might help you a bit as well now. Won't fix the time issue, but it's better than nothing.

Well, one short story is already uploaded here, as you might have noticed. I've got a second one on my computer somewhere that actually already is a few weeks old, but I'd need to search for it again. Won't do so right now though, still a bit busy when I'm not occasionally checking dA as I'm doing this very moment.

well to be honest i didnt liked the tg too much itself but i liked the story i always like to root for the underdog and i liked the happy ending
