Description
This was the result of some experimentation with my alarm clock and a 10-second exposure. The clock was stationary and I had the camera on a tripod, which I slowly tilted toward the clock to create this effect. I had to time it so that I could expose it for a few seconds at 11:59, then have it in motion as it changed over to 12:00, and then keep it still for a few more seconds to expose the 12:00.I had a Daily Deviation for this shot on my old account. The shot is still up there (I wasn't about to delete a DD), but I'm putting it up here too for those who haven't seen it before.
Also, it's sort of ironic, but I happened to glance over at the clock used for this picture as I started typing this description, and what did it say? 11:59.
