Wow, what an illustration of what comes of seperating the good and evil of our souls. The little detail that is my favorite however, has to be the gnarled hands, hands which are such a prominent feature in the book.

Creepy, yet excellently done, just like everyone else has written.

I think this is absolutely cool. The tilted picture, the potion, the more-than-alive Hyde. You must have liked the book at least as much as I do. Hyde's poise differs from Jekylls, his arms are different. But still, I think you could push the picture even further. Hyde is described as enormously unpleasant and repulsive, but with no obvious malformation. He's not an ogre, not a gargoyle. To render his face and his features in such a way that they appear immediately unpleasant and yet with no too obvious violation of proportions (especially in the face) would be the ultimate challenge.

Still, this piece is awesome and definitely one of my favs on devart!

I think the best part about this picture is Dr. Jekyll's face... There are so many pictures of this theme, and there are so few that actually show Jekyll's torment and fear of what he has become. I think this is my favorite Jekyll/Hyde picture yet.
