Appearance > Frost is a Nightwing Icewing hybrid who is very noticeably a hybrid. Black scales against a pure white stomach. They have a couple scars, only two is noticeable. She is quite slim with long legs and a large tail.
Scars > She technically has two scars, The chip in their left ear came from when she was trying to wear earrings but managed to get pulled out, twice. The other scar is on the right side of their face and it twists up and over their eye all the way down the the start of the neck where it connects to the chin. Its a huge burn like mark that even shows some of her teeth and has caused her eye over time to go blind.

Mannerless > She has zero manners, they will take the chicken leg and gnaw on it loudly for a minute then take another piece and another piece. Mostly because they has no self conscious so she does things that wouldn't be acceptable.

\\ H I S T O R Y //

Baby Dragonet >
Snowcone was following the Queen of the Icewings, Ptarmigan. About five other guards were going to a meeting (lasting about three days) with the two queens, Supernova and Jaguarundi, with Ptarmigan. This was needed for some trade requests, allies, thoughts about potential wars, etc. You see, the queens were all uncomfortable around each other due to the assassination, about 60 years ago. There were five other Rainwing guards and Nightwing guards, two of these guards were pure Nightwings. She noticed one of the guards was not as, 'statued' or 'proper'. He looked carefree and chill, but slightly menacing at the same time.
Near the night hours, the same guard came up to talk to Snowcone. He introduced himself as Thoughtkiller, he was very... calm. They chatted during these three days, but it soon ended in them never seeing again.
Well everyone thought so, sometimes Snowcone would be gone for days at a time after that, no dragon knew where she was and she always returned as if she had been there. A year later, she came up to the queen and told her she was pregnant. The queen and a lot of dragons were completely surprised. It soon became to realization why she seemed worried, her and Thoughtkiller were a thing, and they were having a dragonet.
This caused a lot of commotion at first, as well as her going down to the bottom of the fifth circle. She had her child at the time and the queen let her choose the name, as because she was in fact the highest circle dragon in the family even after being dropped to fifth circle. And out popped Froststarter, since Snowcone isn't exactly creative.

Dragonet >
Frost grew up not knowing why she wasn't like the other Icewings. Snowcone was always at work as well, so she was always alone. She constantly worried and every weekend she would get trained to hopefully become a guard. School days were worse per say, as she was put into pressure and was frowned upon higher ranking dragons. She took history class a lot, and it was in fact her favorite class, as well as science. She loved these classes and always was excited for them. She may have not liken math but always took the advanced classes for math, science, and history. She did so until she graduated school.

Her mother later married a newer Icewing who was a complete asshole to Frost and gaslighted Snowcone. He found it enjoying to mess around with families.
As she got older she found her best friend, Sahara. Who encouraged her to move up the circles. She was getting stronger and quickly moved up the circles within the year. From the sixth circle all the way to the middle of the third circle. She was getting more respect at school only due to she started acting differently, she threatened others very often and usually made snarky remarks.
She also went with her friend, Sahara, to the Scorpion Den where Sahara's father was hosting a large party. The party went amazing and met a few new dragons.
On her way back to the Ice kingdom (two days after the party, she was alone) she got attacked by a Sandwing. The Sandwing was an extremely dark beige color, wearing a pure black cloak, and had many golden rings across his claws. He left a nasty scar on the right side of her face. She blasted frost breath into his throat and walked off like nothing happened. She was purely upset but knew it was probably just a criminal. Sahara came back to the Ice Kingdom about a week later since she wanted to hang out with her father some more. She did in fact stayed worried for the rest of her dragonet years and this worry did carry into her adult years as well. She worried of being caught most of all.
Her mother on the other hand was slowly climbing up the ranks again. From fifth all the way to the top of third. This took a long time and all of Froststarters younger years and a bit of Frostarters years as a young adult.

Young Adult >
As a young adult she grew a bit more responsible than what she was as a dragonet. They wouldn't threaten everyone she comes by, just most. That they would try her hardest to act nice and all that stuff. That was pretty tough for her to do but she managed. Killing the Sandwing still had an effect on her to this day, but worries a little less then when they first killed him. She still trained in fighting, and took a few classes in fighting and defense.
At this time she was called by her mother for something urgent. Snowcone sat them down and told her why she was different, and who her father was. After it all her only thought was 'why didn't I think of that?'
This was also around the time Snowcone broke up with Frost's stepfather, after having three dragonets with him.
She had decided to tell Sahara about the incident, since Sahara told some of her biggest secrets to Frost like; how she hates the heat, and that she loves loud noises. So when Sahara came, they told the whole story. Sahara listened and felt somewhat okay about it. Its still murder, but it was actually self defense. Sahara did comfort them, and soon to be it was normal again. Just like nothing had even happened.
Queen Ptarmigan called her about three months later, she was accepted by the Council of Six because the queen sent a recommendation letter, unknowingly to Froststarter. The queen chose her as she managed going through life as a very hated hybrid offspring, but still managed to stay very strong and intelligent, and felt that she would be a good fit in university in order to get her a bit more charismatic. She was packed and sent there, going to have a helping hand once they got to the ocean, but she went first to where her father was supposed to be. They managed to find him in fact, he didn't know he had a daughter and they sat down for a chat. He was exactly how her mother described him, just slightly greyer from age. With kind green eyes and a warm feel to him. They left and flew with a few of the helpers at the Sand kingdom who you know, helped her get to the Isle Mezzo.

They first joined the Gold Talon and was pulled into a small road trip with one of her talon-mates nearly freezing to death. They had to leave early as a misconception happened that she had to get readmitted to the university, moving her to the Platinum Talon. Since then they have met a couple new dragons but nothing serious has happened.

SnowCone >> Frosts mother, the two used to have a strained relationship but its better now. She's very strict with her children, but was extremely strict with Frost to try and pressure her into doing better choices.
ThoughtKiller >> Frost's biological father, she gets on well with him but the two haven't seen each other very much. He's pretty cheeky and of the 'cool dad' type. He is a dark blue and light grey mix.

SnowShine > The second oldest of all the siblings, bratty and believes shes a hidden heir type of deal (no she isn't). Shine is only 4 years old with near white and light purple scales.
Slush > The youngest of the siblings, whos currently extremely questioning of anything and everything. Slush looks like Fenrir but with light blue tints instead of a light grey.
Fenrir > The slightly older twin, he's an introverted Icewing with a deep voice. hes a grey color with a lighter grey tint. Fenrir is Slush's twin, hatched out of the egg a couple of minutes before Slush did.
