PLEASE DONT REFERENCE OFF THIS SHEET ANYMORE IT'S OUTDATED!
Generally the concept is still the same but the Nebnoms depicted are outdated with their anatomy!
Okay i am actually pretty proud of the whole concept!

I'm not thall but I try to answer that the best I can
As far as I know Nebnoms once reproduced in the very basic way everyone knows. However once they started getting infused in space matter their reproduction slowly changed. However they CAN still have sexual desires and stuff. I think you can compare it a bit with the human appendix? It is still there even if ultimatively useless. However due too the new breeding method differend genders can be formed. (this gives you all freedom to choose your nebnoms gender and I am pretty sure some are sexless depending on what they got created off and the parent nebnoms)
