The prosperous nation of Guarani (Paraguay in real life) in the SW universe, one of the the "Ally" nations of Neue Karlsland and allies of the Karlsland Empire as well along side the Mapuche Republic and The Charrua Republic.And with this one there is only one nation in Liberion to do....The United States...a mess that I think not even Humikane knows what is going on in there....that one will be for last.

Me too, I hope the "World Witches Series" branding actually means WORLD and not ""World = Europe and Japan"" XD.
They recently added a canon Thai witch so, it's possible.

Well Bolivia doesn't exist here, it's absorbed within the Tawantinsuyo Republic ( SW: Map of Tawantinsuyo ) so there is no reason to fight here, and remember Argentina is Neue Karlsland, a former Germanic colony in the americas and they have control over the Falklands, Britannia may rule the waves but they do not rule the Islands in this universe.
And....it's weird I don't understand why the anime does this but...apparently, there are "No Neuroi" in Liberion, I guess this make sense if replace the Neuroi with the Axis powers in a ww2 scenario, America saw no fighting, but the moment the anime establishes the Neuroi have existed for pretty much the entirety of human history (Seen in the Movie), the claim that there are no Neuroi in Liberion doesn't make much sense in that context.
What I've done in my stories to rationalize that is say that there are Neuroi...but they aren't your typical neuroi, they're different, for example when I made the history of the United States of Liberion, I added an invasion of white Neuroi like creatures (Based on the Fresno Nightwalkers) during the civil war, they were Neuroi and shot fire not lasers, but they were white and had no armor.
