Yup, how to make an animated radar, it's in here! It's took me 3 hours to do, so yeah!Comments/Critism/Favorites/Watches/Anything else is highly appreciated!

It should be possible.. After a quick search on google, I found numerous hits on animated desktops. I haven't tried it, but give it a go, and let me know if it worked out for you

You erase by pressing the 'delete' button! And when you press the 'm' Button, you'll have the marquee tool ^^

my circle is never right LOL
and the lines. i can only get the left upper, down and right upper and down right... lol

I tried.. i close the eyes on the other layers. and i tried deleting the dupliced layer and everything got deleted when i use the marquee tool LOL T_T
not everything, like the circle and i dont know how to delete without deleting the circle and like everything got deleted lol -_-;

gosh... i tried doing that
but i dont get it
i didnt know what color would be the lines for the vertical and all those parts, so it went white, then... it was alrigth...
then.. starting with the tricky part.. i'm already lost, i dont get anything after that 
but i ignored and went to the lasso part and i totally lost myself there too, i tried doing but something else appeared and i dont know how to "delete" it till get that effect, and like i dont even know if i have to hide everythin or not... but even without.. nothing has changed

Okay, I haven't been clear with the colours, but that doesn't really matters though, In the tutorial, I used Black though, so for the first time, it's best if you'd stick with that.
The tricky part isn't that hard, just look at the pictures. When do you exactly get lost?
- The first step is duplicating the layer (you can use Ctrl + J for that)
- Then, you gottha 'disable' the view of one of the two layers (Click on the layer in front of it)
- Next, you'll have to erase the parts, just like in the example (use the Marquee tool[Press 'm'] then select the part you want to delete, and press 'Delete')
- The Ctrl + T part is next, just stretch it to one side
- Then you gottha select another part, and make sure you'll have the Feather option enabled(After making the selection with the lassotool, rightclick on it, and choose 'feather'. Then, enter 20, and Delete.
and... that's it I think O_o
