Slicer is one of Andrew's strongest Pokemon partners. They met in Johto and was given as a gift starter Pokémon to Andrew as he started fresh in Johto after his defeat in the Indigo conference. Slicer was always a quiet Pokemon. He never had much to say but cared deeply for his trainer and friends that he met during Andrew's journey.
Slicer always struggled against ice and fire types, mainly fire types. He went through extensove volcanic training and through such gained an incredible resilience to fire types to where it doesnt nearly even effect him. It turned out he obtained the dragon typing. Ice type attacks still have a powerful effect against him.

Other facts:
-Through absorbing noxious gasses as well at one point his flower also turned to become more like a wildflower and a purple color as a result.

-He has a Mega Evolution (one day ill draw it) which enhances his powers greatly. it is also a Grass/Dragon type

-He can combine the moves Frenzy Plant and Hyper Beam to create a powerful blast. It has extreme power as the Frenzy plant can concentrate or expand the Hyper beam using it as a funnel
