Commissions? Not currently but I do plan on opening them sometimes soon. And its hard to describe how I do the eyes- each one takes about 1-2 hours each! Just TINY brush strokes!

Just like spring :3 She reminds me more of clouds and dreaming for some reason, though. Those eyes are so pretty. Where do you get all of the bases?!?!? I can't find any good ones from the store, you can't really paint on them because of the quality of the rubber, and the heads come off.

I buy mine either on ebay or from sellers on Facebook. If I'm lucky local listings but there is a big collector in the area who resells them so I generally don't find them here!
