No there once was a series on TV I think it was in the 60s or 70's called V and it was about these aliens that were in human bodies, and when they tore out of them it kind of looked like that

All I can tell you is just make sure you don't do anything that can have permanent repercussions... because eventually you'll get through this period and life gets better... I'm sure that doesn't help, but a lot of us have gone through it too...
