Similar story to what I came up with, only I had him possess Hatchihyack first before finding Janemba. Also, you've got a better reasoning for why he goes after Janemba, as opposed to mine which was "GT didn't think too hard over it, why should I?"

Well, seeing how Bebi automatically brings this into GT era, they'd be dealing with SS4 Gogeta. That would be a pretty big hurdle to overcome for villain. I mean, he literally did nothing but toy with Super Yi Xing Long.

it was one of his original ideas, but him infecting Vegeta is a much better one, with the whole revenge on the Saiyan royal bloodline thing. Bebi Janenba is only being done because it's an official thing, so I have to acknowledge it. Anything more than that is way too much Bebi, in my opinion. I mean, you already have him as just Bebi, then Bebi Trunks/Goten/Gohan/etc, then Bebi Vegeta and finally Bebi Janenba...
Everything has to have some sort of weakness so that it's not over powered. In Jananbea's case, it's a "whenever he can" thing. So once he's defeated, some of the evil is destroyed, other parts are scattered, etc. But so long as there is more evil in the universe, he can always reform...eventually. Enough of it needs to group together in a big enough spot, then he can start having more influence and begin pulling himself together again. This usually takes a long, long time though. The fact that it happens multiple times in Goku's lifetime is an oddity.

Because there is no reason for Bebi to stick around that long? He'll already be in like 3 arcs, which is pushing it. He doesn't need to become Naraku from Inuyasha and just refuse to go away. That gets annoying.

GT portion of the project has him debuting in the Space Arc, the antagonist of the Bebi Arc and a final resurface in the finale of the Janenba Arc. No other villain gets that sort of "screen time" (except maybe Broli, but two arcs are him and I guess two will be his clone), and Bebi doesn't really deserve it.
There isn't enough about DB's Naraku for me to have anything to say. I haven't made plans for him now either. I'll get to it when I need to get to his arc.

That would be bad writing though, as it wouldn't have any real build up. Something like making Goku being the bad guy would deserve it's own arc, and I'm not willing to do that for Bebi. It's just not going to happen unless Heroes makes me...

Yeah, I don't think it's too much of a stretch. If the series were still being written week to week, it seems like it would be a logical chain of events to introduce the character IMO.

Oh, so basically, the only way to defeat bebi janenba is to kill bebi...

They're as fused together as Bebi and Vegeta were, so not really much of a way to kill Bebi while he's still in there. No matter though. Bebi Janenba can still be "killed" just like any other character; SS4 Gogeta could 100x Big Bang Kamehameha him into oblivion, but only Psyche and Bebi would die. Janenba himself would just be scattered as evil ki particles waiting to eventually gather together again.
How I'm going to handle this abomination's defeat is currently unknown though. lol
