So, I see you swapped around the order the Androids are absorbed in. Is that because 17 is the stronger of the pair, so you have him tied to the biggest boost Cell gets?

Not sure I want to fix it though because the idea is something I've been seriously toying with, if for no other reason than just mix things up from what was done previously. Being twins makes them fairly similar, but both 17 and 18 have some very different personality traits too. After 17 was absorbed, 18 was fairly submissive to 16's requests/orders, but I get the feeling that 17 wouldn't go along so easily. Can I shake up the plot and explore his character a bit more than 18's this way, especially since 18 sticks around the main cast afterward? It's something I think will be fun, and as you said, also makes some sense in the power department too. My only worry is less 18/Kuririn time...that controller scene is a pretty important one.

True, it it'd be weird if Cell still spat up 18 if 17 was the one absorbed last, although that could serve to show that his second form is meant to look the same no matter which Android he's got in him.

Originally, years ago when I thought Cell literally changed based on the Jinzoningen, I was going to do a what-if design for if he had absorbed #17 first. Not much different, just little tweaks. But after reading through everything on Kanzentai and stuff, that didn't make sense anymore since its just their engines that fuel his own programmed evolution. So it works out now if I decide to go with the change.
Still not sure what I'm going to do about any of it yet, including 18 being barfed up, and I don't have to be for a while. Might ax that scene and just have Kuririn meet up with her at the Bojack tournament or something. Dunno, I'll tinker with ideas later down the line.

Why would I include that? Cell can't absorb whole "people" other than 17 and 18, because only they were designed to integrate with each other. I'm certainly not going to have Cell kill a fully adult Goku, who outclasses him probably at least tenfold by that point, by absorbing him liquid style either...

Devils, you can answer me some questions about Cell?
1. Cell can turn into a Oozaru?
2. Cell can use Frieza Transformations?
3. Cell can turn into a Giant Namek?

1. Oozaru? Maybe, but doubtful in my opinion. He has Saiyan genes, but nothing says his tail has the Bruits Wave absorbing gland like the monkeys. Not really needed when he's already apparently coded for other, better transformations and stuff.
3. Kyodaika? I guess. He has Piccolo's cells, so it's a possibility. Maybe that was part of why he got GIANT when self-destructing, he has the ability but it doesn't work the same thanks to the mixed up DNA.
2. Freeza transformations? Isn't that sort of what his transformations already are, only sort of in reverse? I mean, his forms were already apart of his genetic design, even before he absorbs the Jinzoningen. So I guess you could look at it as if he was bron perfect, but then created the lower forms and didn't have enough energy to undo said transformations. The robots do only act as a power supply to allow him to make the transformation, as he is able to return to being perfect after he spit up 18. So like all the other racial traits he has, it's probably something similar, just doesn't work the exact same thanks to the genetic manipulation.

Semi-perfect Cell looked so large next to Vegeta because, well, Vegeta is somewhat vertically challengered. In any case, I felt that said form being similar to Freeza's second was quite fitting, considering it pretty much played the same role (oh no the villian transformed and now is stronger than any of us). And buffed up Perfect Cell got a large size increase, yet when he lost 18 didn't shift its size.
Oh well, that's just differing opinions, and this is an impressive piece of work, so kudos to you. I would like to see an speculative SSJ3 or an extra form ala Freeza or Coola (or a combo of both), but hey, this guy already has a crapton of forms, so all I have to say is awesome job.
(PD: The nymph stage has at least 2 other stages: a newly hatched one the size of a cat or so, and the giant cicada from which the Xenomorph-sized bug-lizardman we all know and some of us love emerges. But lol size for something that appears for 5 seconds).

Vegeta is short, but he's not THAT short. Especially in the Cell and Buu Arcs where he becomes more "heroic" (for Vegeta anyway) and Toriyama draws him taller. The reference shot I was using had Vegeta close to Cell's crotch cup, and that's just too different from his height compared to the other characters. So regardless of his intended size, this seems more appropriate to me and still works.
Yeah, no more forms. Period. He already has Saiyan cells, anything more than this is overkill. SS3 would just be more power and brighter colors. I didn't changed any of his traits for the other forms, so I wouldn't change anything for SS3 either.
Yeah, I'm not adding those, just like I'm not adding every developmental change Goku goes through before he becomes a proper baby. Those two are seen for a decent chunk of time and play an important part in the story, in comparison to the others where you blink and miss them. Pointless.
