I don't even really remember him. I'd like him back in another game sometime though, even if just as a costume for Cell Junior. I hate that DBZ games, at least in the US, never have fun Easter Eggs like that...

It was in the US, DBZ Budokai if I remember right, at least on the Gamecube. I think it was one of those deals where you had to win a battle in a certain way, like in a certain time, and the story mode would branch off into a what-if.

It was my first, but the one I really played the hell out of was Supersonic Warriors for the GBA. I really liked how every character had thier own what if story where they were the main character for the whole deal. Like for Krillin and Piccilo, how they would handle things after Goku's heart virus and beat the androids, Cell, and Buu.

My first was the Japanese release of Final Bout...It was awesome to play the characters in 3D, but the game sucked. lol Switching to Budokai 1 when it released was unbelievable in comparison. lol Sad though, because now I hate the Budokai games and think the Tenkaichi/Sparking! and Raging Blast games are infinitely better. lol
I played the crap out of the handhelds too. Legendary Super Warriors, Supersonic Warriors 1 and 2, the Legacy of Goku games. It was easier to play them on the go, so they got a great workout too...

No need to fret. Once a character gains a form or something, I'm not taking it away unless it's necessary; like losing Mecha Freeza, Vegetto, "Gohan" Buu.

Yeah. Buu stuff comes after Cell, so his enslavement would have to come after he unlocks that form. I probably should have included a Base and SS Majin form since it's easy enough for him to pop between them, but I didn't want to make the sheet any bigger.
Maybe. Haven't made any commitments to what to use them for right now, but I might. Not exactly as easy as it was to include Freeza's though...

Why do his Imperfect and SemiPerfect incarnations have the ability to turn Super Saiyan? I just find that kinda redundant since each new transformation is stronger than the last. Then again, the same can be said for the Super Saiyan transformation itself I suppose.

Because if I make the pre-Perfect stages able to keep up with the characters without the transformation, when I introduce it for his perfect form, he'd completely outclass everyone x50 more than he should.

He'll still outclass Trunks by a lot. Just like every other occurrence of a Super Saiyan outclassing another Super Saiyan, it's the base power that is relevant. He can still be stronger than them by double, triple or more, but the x50 increase would be a obscene gap that even I couldn't bridge and have it make sense, because Cell's power ups are ridiculous even before you toss in something like the SS theory. So if I was supposed to abide by the series'initial style of power ups for Cell, and then tack on SS after that, it would be impossible to work with;
Assume Base Cell can already handle Super Vegeta, and he can still get x50 stronger, and then eventually x100 after his self-destruction.
Goku and Gohan are twice as strong as Super Vegeta. Gohan gets another x2 from SS2, and then factor in a x3 rage boost from back when we had numbers in the Saiyan/Freeza Arcs. That leaves Gohan at x12 the Super Vegeta Cell first fought...

Yes, yes it was. lol I figured it was also fairly nice that I wrapped up all the main DBZ villains with this sheet. Vegeta, Freeza and Buu were done a while back. Might as well bite the bullet and color in all of Cell's huge bodies and motherfucking spots... I'm never drawing his ass again.
