If you could clarify what is theΒ difficult job that finally arises and instead of humiliating themselves by asking for help from Frieza, Raditz travels to Earth in hopes that his brother managed to elude death?

Same thing as the Saiyan Arc of the real franchise. Vegeta, Nappa and Raditz found a planet to conquer that would be a bit tough for just 3 Saiyans, so he came to Earth for Goku's help.

Thanks for clarifying, now that I think about it for a planet to be too much for the combined might of those three would mean that the planet had something of value that could have benefitted Frieza or the Saiyans.Β
The planet we're looking for is not just a planet Raditz, Nappa, and Vegeta had difficulty conquering with their own power, given we know their M.O. is going Εzaru and wrecking shit until the planetβs inhabitants submit, we're looking for a planet that can withstand their combined might times 10 each. This could help narrow down our options.
At this point in time, Raditz, Nappa, and Vegeta were all working for Frieza. This is another clue that the Planet had to have had some worth to Frieza and the Planet Trade Organization.
This Planet probably has something useful, something Frieza/the Saiyan's could make use of.
Thus, I'm going to say it's the Planet Yardrat. The denizens are physically weak, but possess the ability to manipulate space and time to an unknown extent. At least enough to teleport at will across the universe and to other realms. That alone could make it excessively difficult for a bunch of Saiyan's just trying to attack with brute force. Kinda hard to terrorize a planet into submission when all the denizen's just teleport away with their stuff before you can reach them. It'd stand to reason they'd have other ways to manipulate space/time, possibly more offense oriented.
In addition, we know that the Ginyu Force was being dispatched there, which is why Goku ended up there. If the mighty Saiyan's couldn't succeed, it'd make sense for Frieza to then dispatch the Ginyu Force to secure it. As for why he'd want it, obviously the techniques such as the Instant Transmission be useful.
But thatβs my best bet.

Would you be at all interested in by chance doing a Manga based on MasakoX's "What If Raditz Turned Good?" series of what-if videos? It's a very interesting subject if you haven't seen them, and I for one am fully intrigued by the whole Raditz x Launch ship that came about from the latest edition.

It's not just Heroes, that's just easier to say since they have created most of them. As long as the what-ifs are an official part of the franchise, it's fine. Occasionally I may step out to do my own what-ifs, but they need to help serve an actual purpose to the story. Like when I was going to give Freeza the same form as Coola (no longer needed) to help give him new blood for the GT portion of the story. But Raditz, there's no real purpose in having him transform right now, so I'm not going to bother unless they give me an official reason to.

In the ViZ English manga, Nappa says "Its impossible...! The Cultivars' [*cough*Saibamen*cough*] power is over 1200...! Equal to Raditz, every one of them...!"

I still like to go by the 31st Issue of Weekly Shonen Jump (1989) or Daizenshuu 7 that Raditz was 1500.
