Why wouldn't he be physically in his 30's since Saiyans age slowly?

The physical age listing on these sheets is not a representation of their biological age (which remains roughly in their 20s between the ages of 20 & 80 or so for Saiyans). It is purely to keep track of the amount of time the characters have physically existed with a living body. So the appropriate years are added to what their age should be since their birth when training in the RoSaT (or HBTC for dub fans) and are subtracted if they remain dead for a significant period of time as well.

Just curious, but what's your take on Vegeta's new form? The evolved blue form, that is. Would you consider it the SSJ2 version of your Super Saiyan God? Or something else?

It's closest to Grade II, like from back in the Cell Arc. But unless Toyotaro includes it, suggesting it's something Toriyama had plans for (which I presume not), I'm not using it in the project.

Now that Vegeta has finally achieved the Saiyan God form in the Manga that was not seen in the Anime, have you feel like planning to balance the usage of both Saiyan God forms that he'll use?

I was (obviously) already planning to use it before Toyotaro gave it to him. So what form gets used in what situation will always be determined by what makes the most sense for my project's internal consistency. Not what is done in the source materials.

Not even a standard transformation like Super Saiyans 1, 2 & 3, it's different from the formers.
It's literally part of Ozaru transformation, but more powerful.

Isn't it, by GT-canon, turning Oozaru and then subsequently turning Super Saiyan in that form, then consciously gaining control, resulting in the ability to then become Super Saiyan 4?

The kids, like Goten and Trunks, do not come close to matching their official heights, so I don't use them for any of the characters (outside of Goku, as a constant/default/control/base/whatever). Vegeta's height here is roughly the average of his various appearances throughout the series; basically his size in the Freeza and Cell Arcs.

Ya know, I was skimming through everything looking for explanations and this one was one of the ones I was looking for. I noticed the kids were much shorter than stated (official height for Goten is 4 feet IIRC, wtf) and then Vegeta was made shorter too. Makes sense now.
