I always wake up at 3 or 4, on days I'm shooting I like to catch the first train into the city, the CBD is at it's emptiest in the early morning.

Once daylight savings kicks in there will be an extra hour of darkness in the morning as well, which I'm actually kind of excited about. Right now by the time the first train gets to the CBD the sun is halfway up already

it can be rough to shift your sleep schedule too much at once, i stayed up late one night about a week ago to go on a shoot with my brother-in-law, and I'm still recovering
