Description
Based on the “Excelsior class” technology, but evolved from the older “Aggressor class”, the “Assailant class” is a true High-Fire Destroyer, designed to hold its ground against all comers.Often encountered on the frontier & in other hostile areas, the “Assailant class” has proven to be a match for anything they could possibly run into, so fierce is its reputation that it’s one of the few ships in the known galaxy that Klingon commanders actively avoid if possible.

Great upgrade! nicely done! One little bit of a suggestion... match the color of the primary saucer with the secondary weapons hull... other than that incredible work!

Thank you.
Yes I like how it turned out as well, I wasn’t quite sure when I started just how it would take the evolution to Excelsior type technology, but it worked rather well, I do wish Captshade would do the Galaxy/Nebula era photon pod as I think it would look much better than my jerry-rigged twin pod design, but unfortunately that won’t happen any time soon.
As for the colour: I was going to change the colours to the standard Excelsior style when I designed the “Mobius class Destroyer” [link] but I liked the contrasting appearance, so I left it alone, since it’s the same hull as the “Mobius” the “Assailant” kept the same colour scheme.
I’m currently thinking of doing an EMT (Emergency Medical Transport) based on the “Assailant” hull, it would replace the photon pods with medical pods for battle field evacuation under fire; this model would be a cream/white hull to reflect its medical/rescue nature.
Oh & thanks for the !
