In 2395, following the establishment of the rule of his Imperial Majesty; Emperor Donavan Julias Adolf Nunian Langston I, The I.S.S. Enterprise was commissioned as the Imperial Flagship of the Terran Empire. What was considered a radical and liberal proclamation from the Imperial Palace was that all none-telepathic species within the Empire were given equal status and rights as Terrans, and allowed to serve as officers within the Imperial Starfleet. Those that were considered "half-breed" species of a none-telepathic and telepathic race were also allowed to serve in the Imperial Starfleet but not permitted to advance beyond the rank of Commander or the position of First Officer. Also "half-breeds" where keep under scrutiny and hardly promoted with in the first ten years of service.The I.S.S. Enterprise itself was a preditor, and the first ship to be equipped with Quantum Slipstream, an arsenal of Anti-Proton Phasers, Dark-Matter Quantum Torpedos, Proto-Matter Torpedos, and a Tachyon Sensor Array.
