Originally, the dress was intended as a gift for Queen Emily from the Royal Court of Titiania when Ambassador Mercilla presented her party and credentials, While she suitably cooed over the design and fabric, Emily's "little curse" prevented her form wearing it. After hearing her fellow queen likes bells, Emily had a music box sent to Titiania's court to show her acceptance and friendship.
