First things first, the character idea is very cool! The cheshire cat mouth and eyes are a nice touch. Her character traits are quite interesting as well.
Good job on the design! The skin tone is nice, and the clothing/accessories fit the world she lives in. I think the name sounds really good as well.

Although, the eyes seem a little off to me. I'm not sure what is the purpose of the sclera being yellow, since the original genie had a white one. The blue and yellow also don't go very well together, either. You could make the pupils either red or green, so that they could complement with the yellow.

Your lining needs some work, too. To me it looks a little shaky/messy. I would recommend using a stabilizer for that and cleaning up the edges.

The lighting isn't too bad, and is placed right, if you intended the light source to be above. The shading looks a little weird, though. IF lighting is coming from above, then the shading has to be at the bottom of the clothing.
Another tip, don't use a darker color for lighting. For example, use a purple tone to shade red, etc.
