they all look pretty cool, especially the scarecrow design, the only one i don't like too much is poison ivy and that's only because of the hair.

The Ivy one is from a comic. She had a huge mass of vines for hair. I thought it was awesome but I know it's not for everyone.

I love this more than words can say, i am so excited/happy/surprised you did this! ugh this is amazing. hands down the best birthday gift i got. i love seeing my designs in your style, and i love that the designs people hated the most, look amazing in your style (Joker and Scarecrow). these are so great! i seriously cannot stop looking at this!

Well I'm glad I decided to go with this. I had a few different ideas band this lineup was at the bottom of the pile for awhile. So I'm glad I decided to go with it in the end.
I'm surprised people don't like Joker or Scarecrow. I thought they were pretty close to their traditional forms so no-one would have a problem with them. I don't understand why someone wouldn't like that Scarecrow design. It's awesome.

well i am glad you went with this idea. but you kinda opened Pandora's box you know lol cause ima want you to draw all the other characters too lol
I think regarding my Joker, people are a bit jaded by TDK Joker, and are used to seeing him scarier now a days you know?, where i wanted to take him more so back to his roots, where he doesn't look scary, but he's fuckin crazy underneath it all.
and the problem people had with my Scarecrow was his tights, which i still like lol
im may go back and play around with my Joker design

Ah. I can see that. TDK Joker pretty much changed everything. I still see that version of him all the time. I think a lot of people like that character but have never read a Batman comic or taken any notice of the character before the movie...so they feel like they own that version in a way. Like, it's all they know and that's how it should always be. But that's the problem with doing redesigns. You're always gonna get people who have issues with what you've done. But that's their problem. It's just concepts anyway. It's not the standard for how things will be.

Also there's always totally some stylizing going on whenever you draw something, right? It just has this G feel to it, either way...
