AU art yadayada. Orbot and Cubot have allot more fun making clothes for their boss' cloned/genetically engineered child, Ovi/Christopher. Not only because they don't have to use around ten yards of fabric, unlike if it were Eggman, but because they can also make cute designs. The perks of being his caretakers. :3New headcanon; A number of Eggman's badniks know how to sew to some degree. Because Eggman has to get his uniform and clothes somewhere, and I doubt he can just walk right into a store and buy them like a law abiding citizen.(which he is not) As for where they get the fabric; steal it.
Motobug hoodie. I love designing outfits. Can you tell? XD Also, freaking cubicle and orb shaped robots should not have been as difficult to draw as Orbot and Cubot were for me. >_>

This is incredibly adorable! That is such an awesome hoodie! I rather like the ideas you have surrounding your version of Christopher, as well as the way you use the robots along with him. It's like they're a happy family. Great job with this picture! xD

Thanks! I have allot of fun with the parent/family dynamic between the badniks and Chris. The whole family dynamic is a big driving force behind even Eggman's motives for world domination. After GUN killed both Gerald and Maria, you bet he would want to take revenge and make a point- and because of that incident, he's actually very protective over Chris, despite being distant from him. The last thing he wants is GUN to snuff out his only other living family member; cloned or not.

That makes a lot of sense, I'm really interested in your AU! I like that you've actually added in personal hostility between Eggman and GUN, when he doesn't normally display any sense of disdain in game canon. It makes a lot more sense. But I like the relationship you've established between Chris and Eggman, it's a really pleasant change of pace from Eggman's normal characterization. Great job with your ideas, I'm looking forward to seeing more!

Yeah. Eggman is very bitter towards GUN, and society in general. XD
Very lonely, too. The moment Chris was "born" in a lab, Eggman felt like wasn't alone anymore, in a sense; with all of his known family members deceased. Even spent the first couple Chris' first hours in the world bonding with him, before he threw him on assigned caretakers Decoe, Bocoe, Orbot, and Cubot. Being distant from Chris is a part of trying to protect him, unfortunately. There would be a bigger risk of enemies going after Chris and using him as leverage, especially if outsiders found out he was made with the intention of being a successor.

I still looove how you've got the Sonic X robots and the Modern game robots together in your story. It fits really well, and I still adore the family atmosphere they all create together. xD And your characterization for Chris is really nice too. I'm really looking forward to seeing more about it.

Eggman eventually figured it would be easier to just have a bunch of right hand dumb bots around, and just have them alternate out on who serves them in evil plans. It especially comes in handy if one of them is out of the commission, so another one can come and stand in for the time being. The android bodies Eggman made for them to use on their free time come in handy cases where their original bodies are damaged and being repaired. As long as their main AI chips are left untouched, then they're fine and switch between bodies willy-nilly. Like switching memory cameras. XD
