Something I finished just now. x3I'm pretty happy with the result, considering I never sculpt. Painting this was the hardest part. There are probably better paints than acrylics. But that's what I had a round, so yah. :>

This is one of the best Fluttershy sculptures I've ever seen. I'm not gonna lie, I REALLY want this sculpture.

Okay, I so don't have the patience to go through all the comments and see if someone told you this already:
Over the weekend, I was painting dolls with a friend and she taught me two very important things that will likely help you out for these sorts of projects. 1) When you paint, do a layer up and down, then the next layer back and forth, Repeat until the whole thing is covered to your satisfaction. This causes the cross-hatching to fill in all the gaps and allows for more even coverage. After four or five layers, only do touch up paint or your paint will get too thick. 2) When your sculpture is complete, cover it in varnish. It makes all the difference. It gets rid of that porceliney dry paint feel and makes it feel like plastic. You can get a clear varnish in a bottle with the acrylic paints at your local arts and crafts store.

I know, right? I already have most of those small figures (With the sculpted hair rather than the stylable hair, I just need Rarity) but the lack of Fluttershy disturbs me. Still, she is the only normal pony I'm intending on buying (More reasons than one, mainly the fact her animal friend is Angel, while the other 5 have a generic animal pal)
