In my crossover of HTTYD/E.T. there'd be additional scenes added to display the growing friendship of Hiccup and E.T. during the space-critter's time on Earth set to music. E.T. and Hiccup have been very busy all day, Hiccup with trying to help his alien friend adapt to living on Earth and adjusting to dragons, and E.T. trying to find materials to build the communicator that will help reach out to his people to come bring him back. Stoick comes into Hiccup's room with Toothless at his side to see both Hiccup and E.T. asleep together on top of the covers of his bed. The chief couldn't really deny that the two were attached to one another (through friendship and the psychic link they formed upon their first day together) and found it very sweet
