Description
A day after Jake Long was adopted by Liu Kang and brought back to the Jade Palace to train for the upcoming Mortal Kombat tournament, he was sitting on a bench in the courtyard watching his newly adopted younger brother Fan Tong training alongside Liu Kang. While Jake is grateful that he was saved and given a safe haven from the forces of Outworld, he still feels like he's out of his element and doesn't belong here at all. Liu Kang however tries convincing Jake to join him and Fan Tong in their training, in the hopes it would probably help distract him from the loss of his previous family. Eventually, Jake does join them and he begins to feel somewhat better, but the pain still lingers, it will take a lot more time than Liu thought to help the poor boy heal.
