(I found that they are so much easier to paint individually *sigh*… but they’re cute together so I draw them together anyway XD.)

Awww... thank you so much! I do think I did a much better job on the first two panels, it's much harder drawing them together than individually! XD

Yes, exactly this was in my head! And Bucky's caught off guard by this, but when he looks into Steve's eyes, he just knows he can't not kiss him.
