Oh yeah, fan art... I still do that, don't I? X3Yes, I realised how little I've done works like this since I made my new channel, but even though I want to put more time and focus into my own stories, I'll try to fit some time in to draw fan art of games, TV shows, or films and such.
By the way, if you're wondering what's up with Mario and Peach's clothes, take a look at their sprites in the NES game, "Super Mario Bros."

There really is nothing bad or flawed in this artwork. Your skill is excellent. The lighting from the molten lava, the expressions, the way mario is standing so non-chalantly as a very real threat comes towards him but he knows it means nothing is all so well done.
I like how Princess Daisy or Peach is lovestruck and relieved she is to be saved, but its in the midst of the rope swinging! It adds to the tension of the situation. Everything in the picture is moving except mario, which I like. Mario is the calm one at the centre of the storm.

Ok, sorry for this, but I noticed a few errors: 1. The First Peach had red/orange hair, and 2. First Bowser was green and bald. It just seems like if this was "The Very First Time" then they'd all look like they're first sprites.
Otherwise, this is amazing!

True, but I'm willing to neglect that for the sake of consistency with the following games.
Like, how did Bowser go from green and bald, to yellow and full of red hair?
And how did Peach go from red hair with tan skin to yellow hair with normal skin? Ok, maybe she could've dyed the hair and got rid of the tan, but I still think it would be more believable this way.
