I suppose it depends if Thorn decides to cause her to be in heat or not, and if there are other foxes nearby.

"Foxy" and "Vixen" possibly meant the same thing, so there is no way Thorn can turn her male, since males are neither foxy or a vixen...

I know what you mean, but there's more than one meaning of "foxy" — it can mean "sexually attractive" (for a female), but it can also mean "vulpine", "fox-like", "related to / associated with a fox or foxes". The latter meanings technically aren't gender-specific, but if you had to specify "related to/ associated with a female fox", you could use a word like "vixenish"
