Description
One of my few mushy pictures. This was entered into a contest, and I didn't even place...but still, I like it alot. Would make a great desktop if anyone was so inclined, since it's pretty wide. I wanted a good sense of vastness, and a warm glowing feel. Guts and Caska are great as a couple, if you haven't already, watch the anime "Berserk" you'll thank me later.Related content

I'd suggest reading the manga in general, the manga version of golden age -> Eclipse is generally agreed to be the best arc of the whole series thus far. Sadly, after episode 21 the anime story quality goes downhill. While some is ok, most of it is mindless filler, that steals bits of lines from various scenes and characters and meshes them together so that about 7 chapters get condensed into like 2 minutes of talking. Also the ending of the arc makes a heck of alot more sense since they don't just end it suddenly without warning, roll credits and say The End.

Aww I loved this moment in the manga it's so nice and tender. I think you captured the emotion wonderfully and the color is lovely. I must favorite

you should suggest reading the manga too. if someone watches to the end of the anime they will be WAY too sad not knowing it continues on way past that horrid ending!

i've just got 2 words for you (and then more):
AWE - SOME! i love the detail and the colors. *dons a spectacle and quirps "i say, marvelous"* you get all my brain matter! (in some far off country it's used as medieval currency (or so i have heard through the grapevine)).
also, berserk? really? that's ironic, cuz i work at blockbuster and we have all .... (4?) DVDs. i was actually just thinking of renting it the other day. i think i will now. thank you, my strapping young lad! (as devin townsend barrels down the alley)

Well, this is a very *rare* moment in berserk, it's in incredible series, my fav in fact, but it's very dark most of the time, and pretty violent. So yeah, it's worth it though!
