I love watching old cartoon films that I saw maybe once or twice when I was younger.
I watched this film a long time ago. I re-watched it recently (seeing as I now understand many of the jokes) and I have to admit: the film was a great concept, and don't get me wrong, I did enjoy it, but I wish they eased up on some of the grosser scenes in the film. I mostly turned the sound off and shut my eyes during most of them
Anyways, enough of that. After watching the film, I got the idea of doing a pic in honour of the legendary Osmosis Jones himself. He has been one of the most difficult characters I have ever drawn digitally, due to his transparent membrane outline and blue goopy cellular mechanisms within this membrane. It took hours of careful outlining and stuff. I must admit, this is one of my favourite works. I was glad to have added the DNA strands in his sunglasses.
