Description
And so begins our tale into madness...I struggled with this page. Mainly because I had to decide on what color I wanted things (seeing as they would have to remain the same throughout the rest of the comic). There was the issue of figuring out the backgrounds and adding things to it to ensure it looked interesting )I mainly work on doing figures; backgrounds are not my strong point, but I wanted a challenge with this project so...
)Then, after all was said and done (four pages of work later), I had to make the toughiest decision of all: WHAT FONT DO I USE?!
Two days later, I decided on this one (seeing as I used it on the cover). It will only represent Zim's narrations. Speech font will be the normal 'Invader' font.
Even with all the work, this page is still one of my favorites so far. I like the way I colored it, and Zim's expression in the first panel is perfect
(By the way, can anyone guess what's written in Irken in his locker?)
The next page will be up next week. Any support and comments would be greatly appreciated

I admit, I had to pull out my translator for the note in his locker but... 'I hate everyone and everything' is my best guess.
I get the feeling this comic's sort of going to be about reflecting on past mistakes, but reconciling with them, and probably with Dib.
Considering the title, Zim and Dib are probably going to band together for something. I'm just throwing out predictions, heh.
"He wasn't always this way." Okay, so if this is the Zim POV, and we only see the back of Dib's head, I'm going to guess there's something pretty bad up with Dib. Do I sense 'outcast boys' bonding ahead?
(The posters by Dib's locker are a nice touch- the 'smile' one especially looks like it'd come straight out of the Hi Skool.)
Overall looking forward to this comic, it looks to be really good!

Your translating skills are brilliant 
Because I've written this story altogether, I didn't really consider how individual pages speak for themselves. So after reading what you interpretted from it, I must admit, I can see and understand how you see Zim and Dib banding together and such.
Because I am a devious (hee) writter and artist, I cannot tell you how the story will go and whether or not you're right yet 
The poster idea came from one of the Squee comics
