(I drew this image up weeks ago. And I now find myself asking...why did I not upload it yet

So this is my new style for drawing Invader Zim characters. I did quite a bit of drafting on it, and found it did a bit more justice to the characters than drawing them in my style of art.
I do not plan on changing the style in my Outsiders comic (as I want to finish it the way it was started) but afterwards, this is how I plan on drawing these characters in the future (out of their usual style, anyway)
I loved the coloring effects for this image. And Zim’s expression came out beautifully in this shot

Seriously, I really like this, it looks very... Zimish. Sort of like something he'd make himself after his last uniform was dirty enough that he had to use clothes from the box GIR nicked from the back of the thrift store or something. It still has the feel of his uniform, but a bit looser, and a little more creative. Like with Dib, his expression's great, and maybe it's the martial artist in me, but his legs are in a ready position to move at any second.
Also, bracelet. I like the bracelet, just something for him to fiddle with. It's a nice little touch.

I think bracelets are the only thing I ever wear, so I can understand how he feels
