Xelloss from Slayers of course. This is based off a screenie from ep 13 which is what I just watched today. If you watch it, you will see the ref, he is only in one scene so you can't miss it
The pic is noticeably different from the ref I used the only similarity would be the shading. That's why it looks so good
I hope you enjoy this one, I'm quite happy with it
