No her name is pronounced as Shī Tsū and in the the dub they call her C2 for some reason

depends on who says it really. Some characters pronounce the C as a c, some as the japanese shi. the tsu is a japanese pronounciation of 2, tsu=two. I dont know when it became a regular thing to put to letters or numbers together and pronounce them differently, but its like galaxy express 999. Its not pronounced nine, nine nine, or nine hundred ninety nine, its pronoucned three nine. Most everyone doe say shi tsu, but thats just japanese pronounciation. It's spelled. C.C. and said C 2 in english because purposeful mispronouciation would be a little silly, even if saying C 2 does sound odd. I think the C 2 comes from the fact that. C.C. would be c x c, or c to the second power. For some reason the japanese thing something to the second power can just be said like that. Its odd, but C 2 is how one should probably say it in english. Its not how I say it, but then, I watch to much anime in japanese.
