Strangely, most of the artists whose work I really like draw pretty stylized figures. It's kind of hard trying to go in that direction, which is not to say I tried it here.Related content

This is a gorgeous piece of work! The colors are really moody and effective, and you did an amazing job with the guitar (those are freaking hard). The expression is super accurate too!
The cord is a really nice touch, it gives the whole piece a really dynamic quality, some great movement!
