Description
The title translates as "Neighborhood cop Dibble", I'll explain.While I was drawing some designs for Girls' Night Out, I sketched officer Dibble from Top Cat in a Dutch police uniform, and it looked rather sweet. I decided to yank out the sketch, scale it up a notch and to ink it. This here is the result.
I'm going to pair him up with another cop, but I'm not sure who's it gonna be. Does anyone have any bright ideas?

A nice picture of Dibble. He looks different here ... a little younger, leaner, sexier. He is not smiling and has a disapproving attitude.

I can't think of any other cops (which is pretty sad when you consider how many cartoons I've seen in my life), but Dibble looks like kind of a badass. Not bad.

He certainly looks more bad ass than that one movie that took place in the 1980s, they really pushed the "hey look, Dibble has a 1980s police car now!" thing.
On the other hand, the leather jackets worn by 1980 police officers in New York are more bad ass than anything else, I'm not sure if they still wear anything like that.

As for the uniform, yes, you even got his pepperspray.

While Dibble looks at his best in his 50s environment, this certainly makes him far more bad ass.
And no one can really not notice those distinct pepper spray containers by the Dutch police.

I always wondered WHY it's the only item they carry with their genuine striped logo.
Why not their gun as well? or any other item they use.
