Matriarvna are the sovereign rulers of a Synergant colony. Only one can exist at a time, lest a war break out between the factions created by multiple queens. As such a Matriarvna protects the royal jelly with its life, which it secretes from its antennae. The only way for a Synergant to gain the queen status is by consuming the royal jelly. Matriarvna has perfect control over its colony, being able to control synergant with scary precision. It uses their formations to craft various shapes in order to defend against attackers of their colony. A Matriarvna is not solely defendant on its army for defense, Matriarvna have some of the most powerful pyromancy among fire elemental creatures likely due to its connection to the aether element.
