Description
This is part 7 of my ongoing Pony comic.On page 6, Applejack snapped at Twilight, because she understand the difference between being an Earth Pony, and being a farmer (As she said herself, not all Earth Ponies are farmers).
In this page, Applejack reflects on what she she said.
Yes, this page was planned ahead of time. It's not a response to the angry messages that were posted on that page.

This page was created in Inkscape and Photoshop. Most of the foreground characters were scratch drawn for this page, or for previous pages.
I've used gameguy001 's Sweet-Apple-Acres as a background for all frames ([link] ). Though I modified it slightly as I wanted to put a shadow in for the fence.
Applejack's Cutie Mark was created by BlackGryph0n ([link] ).
I would have uploaded this earlier on, but I just couldn't get Applejack to look right in the last frame. I originally had her looking forwards, not sideways, but I just couldn't get it to go how I wanted, so I ended up re-using the face from frame 5.

Now you've got AJ realizing the error of her ways and repenting. I imagine Twilight must be sobbing all the way to Pinkie Pie's house. I don't think Pinkie will be of much help to Twilight, but we'll see.
Next step for AJ would be to apologize to Twilight later on.

To be honest, aside from Applejack's relatives, there aren't all that many Earth Ponies that have names on the show. Most are just background ponies.

Background ponies but still have names too as hardcore fans keep on giving those names. And I like that pretty yellow one with the green hair, and that's Apple Fritter.
Even more surprising is we got Octavia's cousin from the west and better yet is Hayseed Turniptruck, time to bring back the funny L4D2 Ellis' Keith stories again.

This is kind of how it has always ended up for Twilight. Whenever her friends need her help, she's always there to lend a hoof, but as soon as she needs some help her friends turn her back on her. I hope Twilight gets an episode where her friends actually try to help her out. She really needs it.

It's not that they won't help her, it's usually that she goes to them about things that they don't think that she needs help with.
Such as when she went off the deep end over writing that friendship report in Season 2.
Well ... There was the incident with the shape shifting Cadence at the wedding, but that was a little different.

Still, it was a problem Twilight was having. A problem that is small to you could be huge to someone else. The least they could do is be there for her.

Well ... they were there for her.
They all came together and told her that she didn't have to worry about anything. That she was over reacting.
It wasn't the help that she wanted, but they were trying to help her all the same.
If they didn't care, they'd have told her to go away.
