I really like this one! The coloruing on the shirt is excellent.
Really, my only criticism is the hand on their shirt. You'll usually find that your fingers are naturally a little spaced out, and you have to force your fingers to all touch eachother. That hand looks a little too stiff and un-relaxed for that pose. It's also quite a bit smaller than the other hand, but that's all pretty nitpicky.

Oh yeah and the hand size is supposed to be perspective, but looking back on it the arms are the same width so that's sorta dumb.
