Made due to not-so-popular-but-probably-just-unspoken demand! This NPC app covers most of the stuff mentioned in the drawn version , so if you need help on how to fill this out, look here and there, and then come back to me. You're free to use it as you wish, but if you do use it I'd like it if you place a redirect link back to here so that others can find and use this. This app is for guild member NPCs ONLY; if you want to talk about making an additional category, go here and voice your opinion. I have three (yes, THREE, and I'm not even a full-time writer!) more planned. I'll link them below once I have them all written out!
