OKAY OKAY… NOW!MAP UPLOADING… COMPLETE, NO ERROR.
… you sure this time?
What's with the lens flares.
Glowy.
Okay ladies and germs, above me is the continent in which our story begins! The little speck inside of the big mass of water is Aster Village. I'll put labels on what place is what later. It took me a pain and a half to get JPEG to work properly.

" The little speck inside of the big mass of water is Aster Village."
Does that mean you'd have to travel over water to reach a dungeon (except for Skyset Woods)? Or is the little speck big enough for (most of) the errands to take place in?

If you look at the official image of Aster Village , you'll see that the entirety of the Village has a bunch of Gatr-made waterways. There are a few bridges that connect one part to another, and so you don't necessarily have to travel on the water, but you would technically travel over it [since the bridges are over the water, haha].
Parts of the Village do, in fact, exist outside of the speck on the map, though. You can either stay within the Village's Central plaza for some of them [getting food], but parts of it [namely, the area beyond the accessory shop and Anahita's hut] would still be considered "within Aster" and can also house entertainment/leisure buildings [homes and the dive bar], smaller locations [Echo Caverns and Prickly Lake], or weird escort/rescue locations [that place behind the big rocks and the Tree of All That Is Bad].

Ahh, okay! I thought the water around the little speck was like a huge ocean, haha. Thanks a lot!

I really like how it almost feels that the land is going around the planet spherically. Maybe it's just me, but...I dunno, I can see a bit of rotation in it.
