sorry about the scan this is based on Jack Horner's experiment to bring dinosaurs back to life using a chicken embryo this is how i think it will look

This is good though I would remove/lessen the gizzard and take away or lessen the plume and swap it out for harpy eagle feathers

I am not, the Isla Nublar incident could happen for real...This is like one of the worst things Horner has wanted to do.

No it wouldn't, a chicken is still a small dull animal. Adding teeth and claws won't change that. Just because it looks like raptor wouldn't suddenly turn it into a fearsome apex predator. Jurrasic Park is a great franchise, but it uses dinosaurs as monsters.

No they don't, and I still think it's a bad idea. Even if they don't kill people, it is still wrong to mod life.. Leave life alone.

Keep in mind, it's still the size of a chicken. Β Although chickens can be quite intimidating, even without teeth and claws, they won't be killing anyone.

Over a couple dozen generations we could probably breed it significantly larger, nothing like the horse sized Jurassic Park velociraptor though.

oh, I was actually referencing the old legend that if a toad sits on an egg laid by a fifteen year old cockerel, the resulting hatchling will become a cockatrice

I think Jack Horner wanted to go even one step further "back" by making the chicken scaly.

Dromaeosaurs likely had little to no scales, so I doubt there are any plans for scales.
