Drawn with pencils and shading tools. I'm pretty proud of the hair. I kinda BSed a lot of it and I think it's my best hair so far. ^_^

It looks really good; you're really improving! Keep at it and you'll be making some incredible works!
If you don't mind, I have some recommendations:
Like the last poster said, her nose is a little too pointy. Maybe round it out a little more.
The mouth is also looking odd too. Those lines on the lower lip look too uniform; try to vary them in thickness and length. Be sure to add a little shine to the lower lip too. I'm not too sure about the upper lip; it looks good, but it's like it's a part of the black open part of her mouth. Maybe try to lighten the lower part of the upper lip just a little (it'll look like it's reflecting some of the light on the lower lip).
And be careful with the hair. It looks good in some areas (like at the top), but it looks a bit chunky in some areas. Those chunky looking areas kind of conflict with the realistic look you're going for. I am at a loss on how to prevent that, but try looking at other pencil works and see how they prevent that look. I really love how this guy does hair: ~KLSADAKO
But anyway, I'm sorry for the long criticism I gave, but your drawing still looks great. Her skin turned out great, and the expression is very good. And you also got the most important part of a portrait, the likeness! Good work!

I hope the chunkiness I tend to create in hair will go away with practice. I'll play around with those sections when I try to fix her lips. And thanks again! Critiquing is always welcome. ^_^

Very nice! Some suggestions:
Her nose seems a bit too sharp, unless you were intending for it to look that way.
For hair, you should have some sharp, dark strokes to give it texture and contrast. The way you currently have it makes it seem a bit off, though it is still quite good.
