Description
As promised in a previous journal entry, here are some more screenshots of Cosmic Rush 2.0.
So far it seems to be doing pretty well. I still have no promises on when it will be released, but I'm really hoping to have it finished before 2011 (don't quote me on that if it's not released in time please XD).
I still worry of the lag that I'm pretty certain a lot of you will experience during the game, but it occurs to me that at this point there's nothing I can do. All I can really do is tell you to play it on a really good computer with a fast connection, then hopefully you won't experience the lag too badly.

Nice! I remember those guys!
I also remember that Narcissus mentioned that Silver was built to test Sonic's speed specifically, and Gold to test Sonic's strength. Perhaps, if it's not to much to ask, you could somehow work that into the game, like silver is faster, but less durable, and vice-versa for gold.
Anyhow, keep up the awesome work!

It would make sense to make them fight like that yeah, but unfortunately that's not going to happen. They both have the same move sets. I have a few reasons for doing this. None-the less the boss should still be fun.
I may or may not change it so they each have their own move sets later, but I'll see.

Well, congratulations on getting back on the project. From what I remember, it sounded like you needed some time off from it.
And don't worry about feeling rushed by us. This is coming from the same guy who said a while ago about experiencing writer's block for a story (it turned out to be for the best since the story itself has been dropped in interest of revising the direction and setting completely). Do what is comfortable and feels right for you in regards to the project, and make a product that you can feel proud of making. Best of luck.

Love this idle animation idea! Brings a retro feel to it! A friend of mine and I are planning on making a game as well! It's not going to be anywhere near this, but we'll sure as heck give it a shot!!!
But this is looking fantastic so far! I can't wait to hear the story of the game!
