Captain Zero's only Ocean Tug and the 6th Z-Stack, Zephyr Instantly picked up a feirce rivalry against Hercules the moment he sailed into Bigg City Port, and became determined to win all the coastal contracts that the Z-Stacks had been missing out over the years, the first one he competed for was the Gulfco Oil Rig contract, during which he sabotaged Hercules' engine causing him to break down and allowing the Z-Stacks to win the contract, however the contract was lost when Zephyr's engine failed whilst towing the oil rig in a storm, resulting in Hercules having to come and get him out of his mess, and in the process having the contract reasigned to Captain Starr, ever since then Zephyr has become determined to win all the coastal contracts and do everything to prevent Hercules from standing in his way, even if it means pissing him off by hitting on Lillie Lightship
