Here is a path, but it is a very scary path. Poor Fennekin and her brother will stumble into this wormhole and disappear.

The next story I will write after Alister is a rewrite of Hunted. I posted the original recently if you wanted to check it out. The way the rewrite will start is that a small family of Fennekins will be out camping somewhere, but Nikki, the five-year old little sister, goes wandering. They set out to find her, and Terrence, her nine-year old brother, finds her first. By sheer, horrible misfortune, a giant wormhole suddenly opens up under Nikki and threatens to send her to a dark and mysterious place. She cries and screams as her brother tries to pull her up. Sadly, they both tumble in, and their parents never see what happens. The wormhole closes up before they ever reach it. The story will follow the siblings as they try to figure out how to get back home...

Before what's on the other side destroys them.
